Are you accepting new patients?
We welcome all new patients from children to seniors. Our office is especially good at working with children.
How often should I have a dental exam and cleaning?
You should have your teeth checked and cleaned at least twice a year. Your dentist or dental hygienist may recommend more frequent visits if gum disease is present. Regular dental exam and cleaning visits are essential in preventing dental problems, maintaining the health of your teeth and gums and for your overall health.
My gums bleed when I brush or floss. Is this something I should be concerned about?
Yes! You should be very concerned about bleeding gums. Bleeding gums may indicate serious health problems including gum disease, metabolic diseases, deficiencies and even cancer. Gum disease increases the risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes. Call us as soon as possible to schedule an appointment.
Does a Root Canal hurt?
Many people cringe when the dentist tells them that they need a root canal. With modern techniques and newer anesthetics, a root canal is not any more uncomfortable than getting a filling. An untreated abcess, can lead to serious health problems. Please call our office to take care of any pain you are having.
Do you do Implants?
Yes! Implants replace lost teeth and restore your smile and chewing ability. It is very important to have the implant done right. When an implant is done wrong, implants can lead to bone infections, abcesses and metal in your smile. Our specialist is an expert at placing implants. We will restore the implant with a beautiful crown or bridge to create a beautiful, natural-looking smile.
I Hate Needles. Are There Any Alternatives?
In some cases, we can use air abrasion to remove decay. This procedure involves a blast of air that removes the decay and eliminates the need for local anesthetics and drills. We also have very strong topical anesthetics to numb the gum tissue so that if an injection is necessary, little to no discomfort is felt.
Do You Have Payment Plans?
Yes, we do, including Care Credit and personalized plans. Sorry, we do not accept the Forward card. We do accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Ask about our 10 percent cash discount for payment on same day of service.
Can You Knock Me Out?
We offer nitrous oxide sedation, which makes your visit relaxed and comfortable. With nitrous oxide sedation there is no need for an injection or pills and you can drive yourself home!
Do You See Children?
